Our property management company was formed in 2002 on the Costa del Sol by Heidi and the enthusiastic team, based in San Pedro de Alcantara. We specialize in the area from Marbella to Estepona and take pride in dealing with our clients personally. We intend to keep our client base to a manageable size, ensuring that we can always offer a high level of service which our existing clients currently enjoy.

Over the years, we have learned that the requirements of every property owner are different. We know it is a wonderful asset owning a property in Spain, but it can also be a concern at times. Whether you are already an owner or contemplating buying, it is reassuring to know that your investment is cared for. We manage your keys when you are not here. We visit your property as many times as you desire and do additional checks after heavy rain or bad weather conditions. We control entry and access of all tradesmen, deliveries, and cleaners.

We can arrange and organize all repairs for your property. Should work need to be carried out, estimates will be obtained, prices discussed prior to work commencing.
